any tips for giving up vaping?

does anyone have any tips for giving up vaping? I started last year and honestly i’m ready to quit but at this point i’m addicted.

If you use the juice with nicotine, I’d start by getting the juice without nicotine. This is what I did, and I no longer felt the urge to vape and was soon able to quit altogether

Depends. Are you addicted to nicotine or do you just vape none nicotine juice ?
Nicotine patches works the best. You can get them at Walmart for 25$. It’s a three step
Process so each box is 25$. It helps you taper off of nicotine. 
But if you are addicted to non nicotine vape I don’t know how to help

Cold turkey. That’s the only thing that helped me. And I’ve quit 3 times now. But always end up going back like 8 months later out of boredom usually with NIC free juice. Also lots of hard candies. You literally have to unwire your brain and motor movements. It’s habit and repetition for me that was the hardest not necessarily the NIC part.

I went from smoking to vaping but honestly I just got bored with it. Not to mention it made me sick. I smoke a cigarette from time to time and they say that's not as bad as vaping.
