echogenic focus and marginal cord

I am 22 weeks pregnant right now and I had my 20 week untrasound a few weeks ago we found out the baby has an echogenic focus and also a marginal cord insertion. They want me to drive almost 6 hours away to see a specialist. Has anyone else had these findings. I am really nervous and just want my baby to be healthy and not be forced in to a C-section. I hate needles and had did not get a epidural with my other 2 I was working every other weekend but I have stopped since I found out just to be safe but have a 6 year old and a 2 year old so I am still active just not stuck on my feet for 8-12 hours.
