My partner works away 5 days a week and comes home for 2 days. On his 2 days off he never has dinner with us (me&kids) he goes see his friends around 5pm and comes back home late. He mostly sleeps during the day (he’s home only 2 days) as he’s tired from work which I understand (he does the school run… at least).

But I feel like we have no family time together especially in the evening since we never eat with him. What to think of that?
