21 weeks. Weight gain
Hey. Was curious if anyone gained small amount of weight thus far. I have a 3 year old son and I gained 45 pounds with him (alot of water weight ) with his pregnancy I have gained onl6 about 5 ish pounds. Doctor was concerned but did encourage me to eat more perhaps adding protein. He told me not to worry ( I tend to get anxious quick)
Also been having slight nausea past 2 days and mood swings. Wonder if hormones are messing with me.
