Old blood bleeding at 8w+3d with tiny clots

Hi guys, I’m currently 8w pregnant, I started bleeding out of nowhere today. I only noticed it when I went to the bathroom to go pee, it was on the toilet paper when I wiped tmi sorry. It was accompanied by a few tiny clots, it wasn’t bright red blood. I don’t have any pain. I called my dr office but the soonest they can see me is in 4 weeks so I’m kind of out of luck to go in for an ultrasound right now.

I usually get my period around the 8th-10th I was told it could be my body just remembering it’s time for aunt flow?

I’m so confused. I don’t feel stressed or scared I guess I’m just looking for any reassurance right now since that’s about all I can get at this point.

Any advice or experience would would be much appreciated!
