Gestational diabetes worry?

Hello I’m 24 weeks pregnant, with my second child. My first child I didn’t have GD. I haven’t gotten tested yet for it but I do in 3 weeks. With my first child I was over weight but not obese I was 158 and when I ended I was 195. I didn’t get the chance to lose the weight before getting pregnant again. I went to my appointment today and she told me my urine was concentrated, that I should drink more water. She also told me to eat less even though I’ve only gained 15 pounds. She gave me really bad anxiety about my GD test. Should I be worried? Would they say anything about glucose being in my urine at that appointment? I feel like trash about myself and my body now.
