Parents answer this: is my dad right considering I live under his roof?

I’m 28 and yes I live under his roof. It’s been hard to get a place. I might have to find a roommate asap.

Well I’m off work at 8pm and get to the gym around 8:40pm.

Today I was working out and came across some

Ppl I know. We were training together and were teaching each other stuff. My guy friend (which my parents think he likes me) asked for a ride.

Around 10:33pm, I get a call from my dad and my phone is connected to my Car. I finished dropping off my friend and I answered. Instead of saying hello my dad yells “where are you?

I don’t want you out past 10pm you heard”

He’s screaming and he hangs up.

I got distracted at the gym and I love spending time there. I think my parents suspect I’m with the guy or something. He says I get home late and I keep them up late. I told them they can sleep and

I’ll walk in slowly. He got mad and said I can’t be out past 10pm. I’m literally at the gym not Like I’m partying.

I feel so anxious the fact my dad just screams at me.
