MIL help

Okay so I need help. I’m 30 weeks1d and since getting closer to delivery my MIL has asked about seeing the baby when he’s born. The only problem with this is is she’s a smoker and it gives me anxiety to think about her holding my baby and her smelling like that. What do I say to her? Like I really want to tell her she can’t come at all but obviously my SO wants his mom to meet our baby.
