Digital positive yesterday, bleeding today

Husband and I have been trying for a long time and have had a couple miscarriages in the past year.

Yesterday I took a digital test and it was positive. So naturally I was really excited and told him right away.

This morning I woke up with light cramps and brown spotting.

The spotting has now turned red and is slightly heavier.

My first appointment is on the 27th.

I know how this is going to turn out. But has anyone had this happen and still been pregnant? I’m holding out a little bit of hope.
