Worried about Autism

My girl is 10 months old which I’m aware is too young to diagnose autism but I’m wondering if any Mom’s have experienced this. She is hitting all of her milestones but when she gets excited or wants to be picked up (also excited) she will move her hands in what we’ve been calling, “crabby hands” it’s hard to describe. Almost like making a fist and releasing it very quickly. We’ve been thinking it’s cute and funny but now I’m worried it’s something more. Any other babies do this?
