HELP!! RANDOM MID CYCLE BLEEDING

had an allergic yesterday and went to the ER

they put pepcid, benadryl, and decadron injected into my IV

i felt and saw blood on my underwear this morning but it stopped then again a few hours ago i felt the tiniest faintest dull almost not there cramps as if my period was starting and then i wiped and noticed not just spotting but blood on the napkin

i’m on cycle day 17 it’s my ovulation week but i never get any symptoms of ovulation so this is random
