Cramping with ovulation?

Ever since I got my period back after having my daughter, I have noticed that I always cramp when I ovulate. I will cramp for about 10-20 minutes, mild cramping that is more uncomfortable than painful, and it’s always followed by a big gush of CM. It feels exactly like when I’m on my period, but it’s just ovulation. Anyone else have this too? I just wonder why it started after I had my baby.

Same here. I had my daughter last year and I feel ovulation cramps more than I did before (never noticed before) I’ve been cramping lightly on and off since yesterday. I can relate to the gush of CM feeling like you’re starting a period 😂

Same here. Last time it was actual pain for about 3 hours but I got pregnant so I’ll let it go lol

I have had that except I would cramp from 4 days prior to ovulation, worse when I ovulated, then finally relief when I had my period. Your hormones have all shifted and changed as far as when they are higher and lower. Being on BC helped a ton. When I was trying to get pregnant again and off BC, clomid actually helped me a lot. 
But it is either your hormone surge is a bit intense during ovulation or your ovaries are a wee bit inflamed or both.
