Coping with traumatic events during Post partum
Has anyone here had to deal with a loved one passing after they gave birth ? I lost my father when baby turned 5 weeks and it’s been the hardest thing I’ve ever had to endure. Any advise on how to move forward and not let PPD creep up especially during this emotional rollercoaster 🎢
