Moving out with husband at 25 with a kid

Hello ladies so im having a big issue in my life right now! I need to know what to do! I been living at my in laws with my husband for 7 years now and we just had a baby that just turned 3 months! We were recently offered a home for 1200 but my husband does not want to move He's to attached to his parents and brothers and just doesn't want to leave he is a truck driver and makes a good amount of money as well as me for being a dispatcher ! Im tired of living with my in laws I want my own space and want to offer my son more than just a room! I don't know what to do to get him out of here whatever I do I just cant get him out do I need to leave him and move on or what advice do you guys give me?
