Can you see the difference?

There is a weight difference on the scale but I feel like it doesnt look like I lost anything

Probably because you’re replacing fat with muscle!

I actually see a difference! If you look at your belly button you can see more of it because some of the stomach fat is gone and you can see how your belly shape on the side has slimmed.  Keep going!

You may not see a difference physically for quite a few number of pounds, some people say they don’t see a difference until 30 pounds, or more. But for myself personally what I notice when I lose weight is I notice it in my face most definitely, in my neck, that’s the first place I noticed it, it takes a while for your belly to go down versus other places, you may lose it in your chest, either a circumference or a cup size, even your feet may go down. Your ring size, etc. unfortunately you can’t pick and choose where you lose weight from, but my belly was the last thing that went down.
