Three year old won’t eat!!!!!

I’m getting really frustrated it’s been about 24 hours and my daughter is refusing just about everything possible to eat. I’ve even tried to give her something sweet just to see if she would eat it and she refused that as well. I’m not sure what’s going on. She is having cranky moments where she will ask for something I will get it for her and then she will push it away and ask for something else. I’m not sure if it’s just a toddler thing or something is really wrong with her. I did call her pediatrician office and they told me that her doctor would call her back. Obviously I’m very very concerned. Any of you moms has been through this? She also keeps pointing the areas of her body and saying that they hurt. I’m not sure if it’s just for attention or if she is being serious. Her appetite has never been great As she’s very picky and only eats a small amount.
