2 month old soft spot seems raised? Scared!

My 2 month old seems to have a bump on her head not very big but enough for me to run my fingers across it and notice.

I’m not sure what it could be, my son is mostly gentle but sometimes smacks her head when I’m not looking. She also got two vaccines hib and Dtap.

I’m worried about brain swelling, no other symptoms besides a bump. Calling the pediatrician today but if anyone has had this issue and it resolved itself can you please post it here to give me peace of mind! Thanks
