Brown blood after ultrasound

I had a vaginal ultrasound like 5 days ago and since then I’ve been having brown blood everytime I wipe. At first it was like tissue like mixed with watery light red color. Now it’s just straight brown everytime I wipe. Should I be concerned? I did have a miscarriage before this pregnancy could it just be old blood from that? She also tried a stomach ultrasound at first and it hurt so bad when she went on my left side she said that’s where my bowels were that’s why it hurt.
