Itchy vagina while pregnant?!

So I finally went to the doctor to get checked do bv, yeast infection, tri std. Everything was negative but I'm still having horrible itching around where my clitoris is. I'm 5 weeks pregnant and wondering if this could be a pregnancy symptom. What should I do to relieve the itching

I have eczema there. You can physically see it but that's what makes it soo itchy. I have steroid cream but even keeping that area moisturized with a non scented cream can help.

I get that while on my period sometimes, honestly I think it’s mostly hormonal but sometimes I use topical vagisil and it seems to help.

Mine gets itchy if my hair is to long. 
Only time It happens is when I’m pregnant.
