I quit birth control and I noticed my acne is getting better 😬 I never had much acne issue until I started birth control and now that I’m not it anymore it’s gotten better.

Oh yeah, HBC is horrible for our bodies. We’ve been lied to for years 🙂
I’m team Fertility Awareness as a method of birth control. There’s way more power to be had by knowing the body vs. Taking a pill or pumping yourself with hormones to avoid pregnancy
