Positive for STD while pregnant

So I have been dating this guy for a little over a year. We took a break for a few months. Both times before I slept with him I did the adult thing and got tested. I was clean both times.

I highly encouraged him to but it turns out he never did. I found out today that I was positive for clymidia. I haven’t slept with anyone but him this past year… so I know he gave it to me.

When I talked to him about it this morning he confessed he never actually went through with the test. Normally I would just stop talking to someone that lied to me and gave me an std.

I am about 10 weeks pregnant with his baby and up until this point I have been really into him. Now I just keep feeling like he doesn’t have my best interest in mind. I also have some doubts that he didn’t cheat on me. He didn’t show any signs but I don’t know for sure.

Has anyone been in this type of situation? How do you move past it? Should I? I want to talk to my doctor because I am also concerned about the baby. It’s a few more weeks until my appointment though.
