Anyone else had this happen?

I was planning on having a surprise gender and finding out at birth but I wanted the ultrasound tech to put it in an envelope just Incase I changed my mind. Well when she pulled out all the ultrasound pictures the first thing I saw it said girl and I was in shock because I wasn’t planning on finding out and I had it set on that I thought it was a boy. I’m happy either way I was just in shock and did not want to find out in that way. Does this look like a girl?
