Implantation??? Help!

I have PCOS and usually have a full period or no period. I was suppose to start June 1st and I only had this discharge, put a pad on and nothing the rest of the day. June 2nd same thing, and nothing the rest of the day. Took a couple tests and they are negative. I’ve been having a lot of symptoms so I’m really confused. I have bloodwork on Monday since with PCOS , the HCG levels might not show up on at home tests. Help????
