HPV high risk for cervical cancer

I found out last year I had HPV and was at high risk for cervical cancer my doctor did a screening and he said everything looked normal and I was good to go. My results from this year came back and I still have it I’m 22 I have a weak immune system a low white blood cell count and am freaking out. I’m too scared to talk to family but I feel like I’m in this battle of just waiting for them to tell me I have cancer like every visit I’ll just be waiting for them to tell me. I don’t know if this will effect getting pregnant or anything I don’t know what to think or do
