Should I be concerned ?

Hello a little insight on me I’m 5’2 178lbs and I’ve recently started to loose weight just to Tone my body back into shape I can still give off my figure but I’d like to fix up my body a little but I’ve been experiencing some cramping lately it’s not severe well idk tbh I was cramping the other and had to pull over to the side because my cramps were hurting eat me explain this tho I’ve been super resistance to my period cramps and these cramps don’t even compare to those so that’s why I said I don’t know if they’re severe or not but I’ll say they’re moderate but still hurt and if I move too much I get cramps like walking up the stairs or moving around too much or a lot I’ll get cramps it’s been since June 10th since I’ve went to the gym but I’m starting to get worried that something serious is going on my parents are in Jamaica for their honeymoon ( 20 years strong ) so I don’t want to bother them I’ve been taking medicine for my cramps and they work until I get another cramp again I’ve been thinking about look it for places that give free ultrasounds to see if they can at least see anything abnormal any advice on what I should do?
