Late period
Have any of you ever had a delayed/skipped period, presumably from starting to exercise? I’m pretty overweight (now 199.6 at 5’2”) and I started working out pretty intensely with the help of a health coach in the beginning of May. I had my regular period in May and now I’m about 4-6 days late for this month. I’ve taken 3 tests and they’re negative (besides a first response indent lol). I know this is pretty common but it’s never happened to me! Just curious what others experiences are with it!
