Why am I getting sick more often?

I used to get sick about once a year. So far, I’ve been sick in September, December (2021) and now March & June (2022). This only started when I started this job about a year ago. I also got covid from there. (I’m a server so I’m around a lot of ppl)

Because you're around a lot of people. Wear a well fitted n95 type mask.

Getting sick that amount doesn’t sound out of the normal to me. Especially as a server that has contact with people all the time. Just keep hands washed as much as possible, try to limit touching face during a shift if you don’t already.

Your immune system probably needs a boost. We can't speak for your body but start taking an immune booster or vitamin c at the very least.
