How often you be creeping on your exes ?

Whether youre single or in a relationship, pretty much everyone does this, right ? Curious what your old hookup, friends with benefits or ex is up to.
So how often do you  and why ?

I never do and I just don’t feel the need to. But I’m also not the type to creep on old friends either. Some people creep on just about everyone in their life n past to see what they’re up to. I don’t give a shit lol

I did once to see if he ever achieved what he set out to do for his career. We became friends after we dated but his new gf forbade him from talking to any other girl and they moved to another country so he could do his specialized schooling. I didn't look him up on his social media so I have no idea if they are still together but he did manage to get a job in his chosen field, so that is nice for him :)

I don’t do it at all anymore. There was a time where I would do it about every year. Every day, multiple times a day, or even every week is obsessive in my opinion.
