Second round of IVF after poor first round

My first round of IVF did not go very well. I got 6 eggs retrieved, 4 fertilized, 3 blasts but unfortunately they all tested abnormal (one abnormal, one low level mosaic and one high level mosaic- we transferred the low level mosaic but it did not stick). We didn’t like our clinic very much and are switching clinics. I was hoping for a different protocol but the new clinic said they are keeping it very similar just slightly increasing my gonal f and Menopur to 375 instead of 300 between the two.

I am just wondering if anyone else had a poor first cycle and then a good second cycle, was your protocol changed a lot or just a little? I guess I was expecting more of a change in protocol.

Any one have any thoughts or advice?
