Dear unknown future.... You scare me

Ive been on birth control for 7 years. What is the rule for how long you should be off it before trying for a family.. I have a drs apt dec 29 with my obgyn.

Also how can i feel more ready for starting a family..... Im 26 and hubby 27. We r finishing up remodeling the main floor of our house. Both have steady jobs but my job is stressful and hope to have an assistant soon. I am trying to wrap my brain around the concept and its hard.... I also have endometriosis... Thinking about in march to stop bc and see where it goes but that scares me too..... Feeling uneasy and hate change
