Dental crown

I recently got porcelain crowns on my front 4 teeth last week. Cosmetically they look great but I have been so terrified to eat lol. I know my dentist said they are durable but I’m just afraid to chew with them 😂 someone reassure me they are not THAT fragile! I also was told since they are porcelain they won’t stain. Is this true?
