Tips on losing weight fast?
This will sound extremely ridiculous but I’m desperate… My husband books a surprise last minute vacation for us in a couple of weeks and I’m SO insecure about my body. I still have postpartum weight 2 years later and between work , school and kids I’ve had a hard time being consistent with the gym. Does anybody have any tips on losing at least a little bit of stomach in a quick amount of time? Even if it’s only a temporary solution - I just don’t want to feel so insecure on our vacation with my mommy pouch.
