Workout supplement fail

So I recently started going back to the gym and I decided to start trying a drink mix. I use Burner plus energy it it’s been labeled to help with fat metabolism as I am trying to burn off more fat. It also contains caffeine for energy. Lately I’ve been feeling absolutely terrible all over mostly nauseous. I feel hungry but the mix is known to block off hunger sensory so even if I do eat I feel like I will throw up. Today I had to stop my workout and go home I felt fatigue, nauseous and disoriented. Has anyone tried this before? Maybe I should stop until I can talk to a doctor about using it later on
