Can you get pregnant while bleeding bc of plan b

I know that when you bleed after a plan b it means it’s working. My period was like two weeks ago maybe a week ago if that but I took a plan b sometime last week and I’m bleeding now..ik it’s normal to bleed afterwards but my question is, if my SO came in me last night and I just started bleeding yesterday could I fall pregnant even tho I’m bleeding bc its supposed to be my fertile week.
