Took test came out positive. ...but..

I took a pregnancy test sunday and it came out positive. And Monday a blood test came out positive and 3 pregnant test that same day. Well I honestly believe I was pregnant. Well today I went to my first baby appt .... and they couldn't find anything. .... i been spotting brownish pink for a couple of days now. They think it was a early stage of misscarrage. Or 1% the egg isn't big enough to be seen yet.... anyone have this happen or any advice. ....
