Constant brown discharge - 14 weeks

Hello
I’ve had pretty consistent brown discharge for about a month now… I’ve seen a doctor in the Early pregnancy Unit twice and each time they have scanned the baby and said all is fine. But this discharge isn’t letting up and it’s making me so anxious.
Has anyone had any experience of this?
I am 14 weeks pregnant from an ivf round
