Am I wrong for being upset?

We had a family day today and usually when we do activities together, my husband isn’t very active. By this I mean, if we are all jumping on the trampoline as a family, he will just watch and be on his phone. If we all go out to eat, he is on his phone. Even eating dinner at the house, he is on his phone. He never interacts with us. So today he promised that when we went to the beach, he would get in. Last minute he said he didn’t want to and told me he was going to wait in the car with our son while I took my daughter because she was crying to go. I started crying and I don’t know if it’s because I’m pregnant and have alot of hormones or if it’s reasonable to cry over. I’m so tired of it though! I just wanted one family day where we are all together having fun.
