I was very heavy intoxicated and my boyfriend had sex with me and came in my ass which I have never done before. I don’t remember this happening very well at all and definitely didn’t agree to it. When I became more awake and less intoxicated I realised my ass hole was bleeding

If you are both drunk it kinda blurs the lines, however if you’re blackout drunk and he’s functional, it’s not okay. If you’re tipsy and he’s sober, it’s not okay, if you’re fully drunk and he’s sober, it’s not okay. And if you’re sober and he’s any of the above, it’s not okay. 
Sex has to be fully consensual between you each otherwise: it’s not okay
