Tubes tied and ivf?

I’m thinking of getting my tubes tied if I can find someone that will do it with my age and 0 kids as well has freeze my eggs so if I want kids in the future I have the option of an ivf through me still or a surrogate.

Has anyone had an ivf done through themselves after tubes tied and had a successful birth/baby? Or know someone? It’s not cheap but I don’t want to have to worry about birth control my body just can’t handle most birth control options. I’ve tried different ones already.
