Any experience ?

Had my appointment today , my Cervix is small.. so doctor wants me on progesterone 😭😭
Since progesterone cream isnt covered by insurance, now i m on progesterone capsules that i have to insert vaginally. 
ANY EXPERIENCE? Will everything be ok😢

Yes.. I use it nightly. It helps prevent preterm labor. My first baby came 34wks for no known reason. My 2nd baby I used progesterone from 16wks until 37wks and she came at 37.5wks. Pregnant with third and started them at 16wks again to prevent preterm labor, I’m 23.3 now and will use them until 37wks again. They are actually more effective then Makena shots! It’s just gross to do every night & have to wear a liner 24/7 because it’ll leak out (as well as absorb).  They do make my nausea even worse & headaches. So it’s not fun but end goal is worth it

I had a short cervix and went on vaginal progesterone capsules. Just insert them at night when you get into bed and will be laying down for at least an hour. Made it full term and I absolutely believe the progesterone helped!

Fair warning- put a liner on because when you wake up and stand up it gets messy 😬 I used them for my 1st trimester

The capsules are very very common and work very well. There’s no need to worry about capsules vs cream.
