How often do you breastfeed EBF baby?

Question

Do you also breastfeed from both sides? Do you pump? Do you pump in-between feeds? How long do each feeding sessions last? 
My baby's habits are changing and I'm freaking out (20+4 weeks)

Every 1.5-2 hours, sometimes she’ll do a stretch of 3.5 hours without (when she’s napping). I don’t pump and she feeds from one side per feeding and then I switch to other side the next feeding. She nurses anywhere from 10-40 min at a time

My baby nurses on one side for each feeding and will go for 6-10 Minds. Right before bed, she will nurse  longer (over 10 Mins) and will nurse both sides. I will pump in the middle of they night if I wake up. I do not schedule myself to pump. I don't pump in between feedings.

2-3.5 hours for feeding. I only pump once a day in the morning after her first feed. I breastfeed 1 boob at a time and offer the second if she is appearing to still be hungry- usually only happens during growth spurts. 
She has a cold now & I just had surgery so she’s exclusively on the bottle for 24 hours and I’m pumping & dumping every 2.5 hours during the day and have a 5hour break at night— essentially matching her norm to maintain supply

Every 2.5-3 hours mostly (sometimes more depending on what's happening). Both sides. Sometimes in the morning he'll get full from one side and I'll pump the other (with the hand pump). No pumping besides that (unless he's getting a bottle and I'm pumping). The morning feed is the longest, 8-10 minutes usually. The rest are 6-10 minutes on average.
