I started to use a birth ball, do you use it? Has it helped in the past with labor?

I actually just ordered one because I can’t find mine from bath 2! I love bouncing on it and rolling/doing hip circles. It helps alleviate some back pain and a lot of hip pain and pressure towards the end

Yes!! Regular bouncing and swaying/figure 8’s on the ball in the final weeks can help a lot to make sure your baby’s head is engaged in your pelvis.
