Losing weight while pregnant
I’m 30 weeks pregnant and around 25 weeks my doctor told me I had already gained the expected amount so to like chill on the weight gain and I did at first but then went back to old habits and now I feel I’ve gained more weight and it’s stressing me out because I feel so big. I’ve already decided I’m having a c-section and she said didn’t matter if I gained a lot of weight if I choose that route but I just feel stressed and bad about my weight gain. Is it possible to lose weight now? How can I do it?
