Hello mamas! Anyone exclusively pumping here? Can you share what it’s like? Especially the night time feedings? Do you get up, pump then feed? Or feed then pump? What’s the easiest route? Im completely clueless with this as my first baby was exclusively breastfed directly from breasts all the way through.

My May 2022 baby boy is nearly 8 weeks old now and he seems to prefer bottle to breast. And it doesn’t help that he’s got a cold and blocked nose at the moment.

Anyway, I’m 100% sure that I have enough milk but he just doesn’t seem to like feeding directly from my breasts. I have an appointment with a lactation consultation this Saturday to hopefully get him back on breasts but I’m keen to hear from other exclusively pumping mamas in case baby boy just doesn’t like breasts so I can prepare myself and start buying the right equipments.
