My stomach doesn’t always feel pregnant. 3 months

Just once in a while it will feel kind of heavy, but other than that and being bloated af, I don’t really feel pregnant. I know I’m not supposed to feel movement yet but for some reason I keep expecting it and obviously nothing. Am I alone or does anyone else get what I’m saying?
