Nutrition to prevent nausea/MS

Ana • Both me and hubby are 28. We have one beautiful girl!
I was wondering if anyone has researched and/or tried increasing magnesium levels and drinking bone broth to prevent morning sickness? I'm only 4.5 weeks, but I'm also a dietitian and am striving to do everything I can to eat healthy and prevent the dreaded sickness that can come along later. I have read that a lot of women have helped ease or completely stopped nausea and MS by using transdermal magnesium oil/gel and sipping high quality bone broth (about 1 cup per day), so I am starting that today in order to up my mag and protein levels. Anyone tried this or interested in trying it with me?
