When to take a OPK?
Hello everyone! This is the first time for me taking opk test and I’m unsure of when to take them. I’ve heard to not take them when I wake up but sometime after 10am. I’m cycle day 11 and each day they seem to be inconsistent with the level of faintness. I’m really not trying to overthink it just thought it would be interesting to see how they work. And tips would be helpful thank you ❤️
