I have a $1.7K limit on my discover card. I have $800 on it and I pay above the minimum but not the full thing. I was told before not to pay the entire payment bcause it would hurt my credit. My FICO credit score is good but my best friend told me today that she pays her balance full every month and now I’m panicking. Am I supposed to pay it full?
My utilization ratio is at 28%. How do I lower it?
