Ultrasound confusion

Does anyone know what that sac on the right is (the one with the arrow). I felt so rushed out of my ultrasound I didn’t have time to ask any questions. There was also a student there so felt like there was more attention on the student. They noted there was a subchorionic hemorrhage but didn’t inform me at ultrasound, (the ob was surprised they didn’t show me while I was there). They also didn’t do a transvaginal ultrasound. Ultrasound taken at 8 weeks and 2 days.
