Worried mama please help!

I’ve been trying so hard to take it easy yesterday and today. I had an ultrasound vaginal and abdominal on Friday at 10 am then started spotting lightly at 4pm. It stopped that night then came back yesterday Saturday starting as spotting pink then turning red but extremely light only a tiny bit on a pad and when I wipe. Same thing today. I’m nervous as heck. It’s been light and my doctor isn’t in the office until tomorrow morning. I have very slight cramping here and there but nothing concerning to me. My ultrasound showed yolk and gestation sac.

Has anyone had this happen and everything with baby been fine afterwards?!
